By selecting this service option. We will install our permanent epoxy liner inside your gas tank. Our gas tank liner is compatible with all types of fuels including alcohols. This service includes tumbling the inside or your gas tank. Removing all rust, sludge, scale and internal contaminants, as well as preparing the internal surfaces for liner adhesion. Our epoxy liner will fill small pin holes, seal gas tank seams and welds. We back our gas tank liner with a 15 year warranty.

- Tumble gas tank interior
- Remove all internal rust and scale
- Remove all internal sludge
- Remove all internal contaminants
- Prepare interior surface for liner adhesion
- Apply rust neutralizer to interior surfaces
- Install permanent epoxy liner
- Leak test gas tank
- Clean & polish outside of gas tank
- Wet blast fuel petcock valve & fuel cap
